Short, themed Pilates classes designed for busy parents and imaginative kids. Over 10 playful sessions (5–15 minutes each), your child will travel through story-led adventures - from Flying to the Moon to A Bear Hunt - while learning the fundamentals of Pilates.
No equipment needed, just a mat or a clear space. Perfect for children aged 5–11.
Each class blends classical Pilates movements, like bridges, side-lying leg work, core control, and posture exercises, with breathwork, games, and storytelling. Taught by Lou, every adventure is crafted to keep kids moving, laughing, and building strength, flexibility, and focus without even realising they’re exercising.
